Heritage Home Care established in 2008, Heritage Senior Home Care in 2012 and Heritage Residential Home Care in 2018, are three residential care facilities for the elderly licensed by the Department of Social Services. We offer three assisted living, board and care homes for senior residents in California in the City of La Verne and Claremont. All homes are well maintained and located in quiet, safe and friendly neighborhoods.
Our goal is to help our clients achieve the best quality of life possible. We understand that one solution does not fit every situation. We take the time to listen and learn about each client's needs and preferences. This enables us to tailor a care program that maximizes the client's independence and dignity.
Physical wellness is our top priority. We know that residents have different health needs. It is essential for us to coordinate with family and medical providers to create a health plan that is suitable to their needs. We strive to keep our residents engaged in life on a personalized level by helping them continue activities related to their hobbies and interests.
